In dedication to one of our favorite bands, we decided to go smash our pumpkins. We went out our window on to our 3 story fire escape and chucked them as hard as we could. Mikes was pretty hollow and made a huge pop. Mine was pretty damn ripe and splattered everywhere. Thank you Carbon/Emery County for teaching us how to have cheap fun.

That looks like fun! We didn't even get around to buying any pumpkins. I hear you! Back then we did a lot of things for cheap thrills. Remember riding on the oil rigs, going down the whisky shoot, and peeing off of Mom's rock? Those were the days!
These must be the lovely pumpkins you told me about... FUN! Well I have a blog now too so we can be blogger buddies, friend!
FUN! I wish we could have been there to see the Pumpkin Spatter......He he....I am glad you had fun.
It's great! I love it.
Yes, yes, so much fun to be had with pumpkins. Next year try hitting them with a baseball bat. It's a little hard at first but man can chunks of pumpkins fly!
We MUST add that one to the SPLAT book!!
