New shirt New pants

My sisters teased me that my clothes didn't fit. So I bought a pair of new pants and a shirt. It's a slow start on the wardrobe but better than nothing! Pus I an old Iranian woman told me I looked pretty so I guess I can take the tags off of them!

First Day of Mikes New Job!

This is him on his actual first day.

Mike is working for Therapeutic Pathways in the Kendal School. He will have a lot of new responsibilities and is really excited to start creating behavioral interventions for his clients. So far he loves it there and really likes all of his co-workers.

Before, During & After Losing 60 LBS!!!

I hope that you enjoy these pictures. I took them at my highest weight then after losing 30 lbs and now after losing 60 lbs. It has been a lot of work, but it has also been exciting and fun being able to see the results. Mostly it has been nice having energy and being in less pain.

whidbey Island

Our good friend Laura Nollette took Mike and I on a great adventure. We first took a fairy over to Whidbey Island. On the island we visited Fort Casey and several other parks. We also stopped in Couperville and did a little window shopping.One of the coolest things to see though, is Deception pass. It's a huge bridge that links the Island back to the mainland. It was so incredibly beautiful. If you are ever in the area it is a must see!. Thanks again Laura for a great adventure. Next destination can be us in San Francisco!

Family Reunion Part 4

After the Reunion Mike and I went to our favorite beach. It is called Roosevelt Beach. It is also the first one that we went to in WA. It was really hard to say good bye to this place. coming here helped me through a lot of difficult times.
